@Gaohmee It's so hard, honestly. I find that trying to move on quickly by going on a vacation or something doesn't help, since it's too abrupt of a transition. Sometimes it's good to just let everything soak in. Talk to your coworkers. Be proud of what you did together. Relish in that.

@Gaohmee After that I slowly find ways to do things I've been wanting to do in my personal life. Friends to catch up with, games to play, etc. And through that I hopefully get slowly excited for new ideas and projects - which re-sparks my love for this all despite that launch feeling.

@Gaohmee I experienced post-launch depression at a young age, and didn't know how to deal with it. I was 15 when I released a mod that I worked on for a year straight, and it got millions of downloads overnight. That was too much, my young brain couldn't handle it.

@Gaohmee I'm still figuring it out but I'm trying to as the years go by. It's really hard to let go of it all, and not get overly obsessed over the reception. I got obsessed over doing better the next time, which only led to projects which were chasing a way to best myself.

@yuritensial @Prowl8413 @ibxtoycat That honestly comes down to data, which is something that is always being considered. You can have two different engines with the same data and interpretation, and that will create parity quite easily. For Minecraft, it's a big task.

@FarisRahali @itisBrinecraft The terrain has a lot to be desired - no variation, just sand. At least Swamps have unique trees, vines and water patches here and there with lily pads.

@Prowl8413 @theKIEgamer @yuritensial @ibxtoycat Redstone parity would be more thinking about the mechanics in isolation, regardless of version, then applying that to both versions at the same time. I imagine in the end it would be more like Java than Bedrock, but who knows. There are nice things from Bedrock, like moving TEs.
