Tried a new format for today's keynote. Did the remote talk on a live Miro board with participants posting questions and insights on the fly. @MattijasLarsson I have an urge to turn it into an article at some point. Unfortunately not much content in the picture itself, as it was mostly a canvas for the conversation :)

@MattijasLarsson It's interesting how the model took on a life of its own, independently from our journey at Spotify. And that the whole thing was just a snapshot in time internally but then treated outside as gospel :)
