@docm77 The thing is, this is actually not what people are asking for in all of the critical posts about 1.20. People are asking for new bosses, biomes, enemies, etc. No one mentions moveable tile entities. No one mentions bigger inventories.

@docm77 I definitely agree with you that things like MTE and improved inventory is more important than any of what I mentioned above, but 90% of players don't see it the way you and many content creators see it. This is the challenge of working on Minecraft.

@docm77 Again, I 10000% agree it would make everyone happy. But when I look at what the complainers are talking about - the people you're mentioning in your original post - they really don't care about that stuff. Most only care about surface-level content like bosses.

@docm77 Improved inventory is something that I absolutely think we should continue to focus on, btw. It's not something we're ignoring, it's just a complicated production problem for reasons that are difficult to explain.

@swifts4evermore @docm77 Yes definitely many people have been asking for it, but I don't think those people make up the majority of the people dissatisfied with 1.20. They are different groups with different playstyles. I think the biggest playstyle that is upset are combat players at the moment.

@AugustLutzke @docm77 Hey, I think Doc is awesome and has always brought some valid feedback to the table. He does know quite a lot about the community. I just think this is one of those complicated situations where different parts of the community are demanding different things, in my eyes.

@JethroJML I thought modders make content faster? ;)

@scioltosimp My point with that tweet is that there are SO many good games out there where their entire core principle is providing enriching, long progression loops. Minecraft is just not the game that has that focus - it never has. The progression has always been ankle deep, since 1.0.

@JethroJML I'm just saying I was a modder for 10+ years, and so were many developers in Mojang. So what's going on that modders who work on the game aren't magically making content faster like you think modders do?

@JethroJML Could you not imagine a reality where it is more complicated than what you're explaining? Do you really think that working on a mod is actually just as easy as working on an entire game? How about the fact that there are 2 entirely different engines - one on C++ and one on Java?
