I had missing taskbar icons on my second screen on Windows 11 - this fixed it for me: - Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) - Scroll down to Windows Explorer - Right click > Restart - Panic for a moment as the taskbar goes completely black - Taskbar loads back perfectly HTH!
