Due to technical issues, Swap and Bridge services were temporarily paused. However, the NFT Bridge service will resume first.
We would like to thank everyone who has waited for the service to normalize. Please understand that the NFT Bridge may take some time to process as it resumes with a more advanced security system through additional security procedures.
■ FAQs
Q) I’ve bridged my NFT and completed the signature but my NFT was transferred to an unknown address and I can’t see my NFT in my wallet.
A) If you have completed the signature, your NFT has been transferred to the Bridge contract address. You will be able to see your NFT in your wallet as soon as the transaction has been successfully verified.
Q) I bridged my NFT, but why has it not been converted yet?
A) The resumed Bridge service has implemented an additional security process and may take some time to verify the transaction. Plus, the network conversion may take time as the system carries out transactions sequentially. If your transaction takes more than 2~3 days after successful signature, please contact our support center for assistance.
※ Please note that the NFT Bridge resumption will proceed sequentially from the transactions signed before the suspension.
