We have confirmed issues regarding the CAPTCHA Verification system and Google Logins, and we are currently trying our best to find out the cause of the issue.

■ Issue Details
- CAPTCHA Verification system of MIR4 "Proving Eligibility" does not work normally, resulting in the temporal lock due to consecutive failure.
- Login with a Google / Facebook account results in failure, showing the "Sign in request failed. Please try again later. (20101)" error code.
- Login through the Steam client fails, showing a "Slim Application Error" error message.

We have confirmed an issue where the first reward of the Portrait Event, that started on April 22nd, can be claimed multiple times

The Portrait Event is a repeating Event that occurs every 4 weeks, and it rewards a Legendary Blue Dragon Statue for the first completion reward.

However, during the Portrait Event that started on the 22nd, we confirmed an issue where ‘in specific situations, the first completion reward can be claimed multiple times.’ Because of this issue, the Portrait Event ended early.

The next Portrait Event will proceed as scheduled. Any additional factors or instances that rae confirmed will be announced through this notice.
