Since the last maintenance on January 25th was completed, we've received some reports of players not being able to play with their characters after the failure during the Wayfarer Travel to SA region.

After confirming the issue, we have been working on restoring the unplayable characters in sequential order and the restored characters will move back to their original server before using the Wayfarer Travel.

Please note that used Travel Tickets during the Wayfarer Travel will also be restored through the in-game mailbox.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

As the Wayfarer Travel system became available after the Update Maintenance on November 30th, 2021, all the servers will be enabled to use Wayfarer Travel in consecutive order.

The Pre-staking of HSP: HYDRA Staking Program has officially started on Jan. 28th, 2022 12:00 (UTC+8), but we have confirmed that some of the WEMIX Wallet users are having a log-in issue at the moment.

The Pre-staking of HSP is currently ongoing but please be assured that this issue is only related to the log-in system and there is no risk of loss of opportunity to participate in the HSP: HYDRA Staking Program for the users who are unable to log in at this moment.
