We completed fixing the MIRAGE settlement error issue. Through this post, we will present you with the results and how we will follow up with the resolution of this issue

We confirmed that the settlement issue that occurred due to a temporary error in the database, from September 30th through to October 7th, has affected a total of 266 accounts. 

Please be informed that the issue has been resolved, and the MIRAGE rewards that were not received by Dragonians during the issue will be distributed sequentially starting on October 10th at 11:00 (UTC+8).

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will continue striving to provide a better and more stable service.
