We confirmed an issue where some Dragonians have not received the ranking rewards for the 5th season of the Valley of Life and Death 

We would like to first sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this issue may have brought some Dragonians.

This issue will be fixed through the June 11th Scheduled Update, and we will also distribute the rewards to Dragonians that have not received the Valley of Life and Death Season 5 Ranking Rewards. We ask for Dragonians’ patience and hope that you will understand the delay.

We will notify you through this post if any other related issues have been confirmed or if any changes have been applied.
