[2019] People who live in Greece, Cyprus, Israel, Turkey or other nearby countries, how can you play this game?

Because I just can't, there is no any one single official server around us and the all servers I get are at least 120 ping and when I join to the match, it even increases more.

I use to play this game a lot before since there were some rented unofficial servers, but I can't play it anymore and it sucks for real. I checked whole servers from Greece, Bulgaria, Turkey to but no chance.

I played this game over 200+ hours for its first two months and I am not able to anymore. At least, can a developer make an explanation for it? I know it is not a AAA game, but for another indie developer game Hell Let Loose, I have more than at least 10 servers with the ping of 60-70s whenever I check on the server browser.
