I have removed your post cuz I don't want this false info to spread in our Subreddit. I am pretty sure that all servers will have access to this skin after successful reports, but will first make sure with the support team.
In terms of the number of successful reports, it is NEVER a fixed number. Tho the spear skin is extremely rare and, we will literally announce the list of users whom received the skin.
