[2022] [Notice] Restarting US East PTR Server 9/3

Greetings Adventurers,

Thanks for joining us in the PTR! We will be performing a brief restart of US East PTR 1 2022-09-03T10:00:00Z in order to enable the new player tutorial instance. Downtime is expected to last approximately 30 minutes. This will bring PTR US East in line with recent work on EU PTR.

As with other PTR changes to our Revamped Starting Experience, please test it out and let us know your feedback, including if you enjoyed the changes!
