[2022] In-game Racism, and what is being done

Alright, a few things here.

The forums are not a place to debate what is and isn’t racism. Racism takes many different forms and is expressed in many different ways. It can also vary dramatically from culture to culture. Games are not a place for racism, bigotry, or any type of toxicity based on the person who is playing or the character they have created.

Our Game Moderators take racism reports incredibly seriously. They review every report they receive. Any evidence that there is racism happening, they take action. In game reporting of the chat messages involved are the fastest way to get the Game Moderators attention. If you are experiencing issues here in the forums, flagging the post gets our Forum Moderators attention the fastest.

This thread is locked due to having no constructive purpose for New World. Again, we are not here to debate what does and does not constitute racism within our community.
