[2023] [Notice] Known Issue with Leaderboard Rewards

Greetings Adventurers!

We’re aware of an issue that caused some players to not receive their rewards from Leaderboards. Currently this issue is affecting specific characters and does not appear to be account wide. While we are investigating a fix for this issue, Customer Service will be unable to award missing rewards. Instead, our team is working on a process to award these missing rewards to affected players while the fix will resolve the issue going forward once it’s applied in game.
