[2022] Healing Tomb is Bugging Out; Only Granting a 1/6th of the Intended Heal

Is it way lower than what you expect because of what it previously healed for or potentially not clear that a player’s Base Health is the lowest possible health a player can have at their current level with no attribute points in Constitution?
