Just to confirm, you’ve completed all the Camp Tier quests? Technically you can get to the last quests and have skipped earlier ones, and thus be at Tier 4.

No worries, I just wanted to confirm that wasn’t the case, as it occasionally has caused confusion in the past. We’ll look into this!
