[2022] April update for Blackguard's magic weapons makes no sense and is an uncalled for nerf

Correct. The mage weapons had CDR on dodge chosen to provide some synergy with the intelligence and focus armors that drop from the expedition because some pieces of those armors roll with dodge focused perks.

I’d like to hear more on your thoughts regarding this change, though, with that in mind!
