@AhmedMhanna1 Steam pre-orders will give access to the Density test there just won't be an email sent out for it. As mentioned you can check the community page or your Steam feed for more info on accessing it.
@ThePharticusMax It depends on where you pre-ordered it, If you've ordered it through Amazon then we have been rolling out emails for it and you should receive it before the Density test is live. If ordered through Steam then you'll need to check the New World community page or your Steam feed.
@RotMGFlosion @FaPaMaRa That's right, you should be able to download it, If you're getting any errors, check to see if it gives you an option to uninstall, if it does go ahead and do that then install again.

@DDMvp2 We've been rolling out the emails so you may just not have gotten it yet, keep in mind that if you pre-ordered through Steam you'll have to check the New World Community hub or your Steam feed for instructions rather than an email.
@thiagordon You will, that is correct! All customers that pre-order the game before August 25th, 2020 will receive an invite to the first-hand look at New World.
For Steam Pre-Orders, the Density Test will automatically appear in your Steam Library as "New World - Confidential Test"!

If you applied a code into Steam and the "New World - Confidential Test" client is not appearing, please completely restart the Steam app to start downloading.
@ZorroX231 Yes EU is able to participate. There may be latency issues connecting to an NA East Server, but any playtime will be helpful towards testing!🙂

For example, if in the process of defending yourself you also violated our Code of Conduct then yes, you would also receive a ban. If you reported the offenders then muted or blocked then then only they would receive bans
