[2023] Please add role queue to opr

Hi there!
When you first join the Discord you should see only two channels, welcome and server-rules.

1. Go to server-rules and read the rules.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of server-rules and click on the robot emoji to accept the rules. Once you’ve accepted the rules you should see the other discussion channels.
