@Regentwill Hello! While the Open Beta will feature a higher server capacity than the Closed Beta, it may not represent the full server capacity available at launch. We will have more information to share on the full list of servers closer to launch.
@Rrkeiel While there are no plans to implement any cross-server features for the time being, language is not limited to the server you are playing on. There will be some servers that have suggested languages to help players decide where they would like to play.
@HalfEatenTomato @HunchoSquared You will need to request access to the Open Beta client through the Steam Playtest tool, on the New World Steam page, beginning on September 8 at 7:00AM PT (2:00PM UTC).

@DaathVader We are working to determine where global servers should be for launch on 28, 2021. General details are that, servers will be located in NA West, NA East, EU Central, Australia, and Brazil. More information may become available closer to launch!

@Portal_Ingress There is no native controller support currently planned for New World. We do, however, encourage you to try the Steam controller support if you wish to play with a controller.
