[2022] [Notice] Temporarily Disabling War Roster Limits and Influence Cooldown Restrictions (12/6 - 12/14)

To clear up some confusion, we have temporarily disabled the war roster mercenary limits so the company-leave cooldown will not impact them. We have also temporarily disabled the Influence-earning portion of the company-leave cooldown, though the messaging will still say otherwise.

We are also extending the duration until 2022-12-15T07:00:00Z, which will mean you need to finalize your company before 2022-12-12T07:00:00Z.
