[2022] Weapon perk buffs don't stay on player upon weapon switch if those perks are on actual weapons

Thank you for asking for clarity around this! In this instance, the weapon perks on weapons are working as intended, but we’re currently working on the bug causing weapon perks on armor to persist once the weapon is sheathed.
