[2022] Armor Gypsum casts does not drop Legendary items

After looking into the data, lots of tests, and many a roll (which might be my favorite thing to test), this does seem to be working as intended and just a case of bad RNG.

As a follow up, I can confirm we did find that it is not rolling as intended and we’re currently working on a fix. I appreciate your patience as we looked into this!
