Thank you for your patience and understanding in this situation! My previous update that we’re working on the fix (and it’s a priority) stands, but maybe showcasing a little of our process will help provide clarity. I understand how it can feel like something is being left behind or forgotten without a little bit of a look behind the curtain, if you will.

When an issue is reported, we look into it as soon as possible (the team is awesome and we usually are looking into it within hours, if not sooner) and dive into the reason it’s happening. Sometimes, we figure it out quickly. Sometimes we need a little extra information.

Then it needs to get fixed and go through testing. Once it’s past that point, it slides into the patch and makes its way to you. You can take a look at our previous patch history to get an understanding of how much time is between patches. (For example, our last patch was the day I initially responded, which means there hasn’t yet been a chance for it to be fixed in Live yet. Note: The fast patch only touches on main progression blocking issues in most cases.)

Now it’s worth noting that sometimes issues don’t get fixed right away because another higher impact issue is being taken care of instead, but we do our best to understand impact based on a myriad of factors and prioritize appropriately. This can change, which is why until we’ve released patch notes, we don’t necessarily indicate when a fix will make it in.

While I may not always be jumping into threads on a regular basis with updates because the soonest I can provide a concrete update is along with the patch notes, we are actively keeping an eye on threads to help understand impact.

I’d say it wouldn’t be unrealistic to expect most fixes to take around ~30+ days, but we try and speed up higher impact fixes as much as possible. :saluting_face:
