67s just want to touch on something really
68s quickly which is we're going to answer a
70s bunch of questions here but as you
72s noticed in our last forun of tum uh that
74s wasn't with us it was just a regular for
76s tournament we answered some questions so
78s we're going to keep doing that until we
79s hear from yall that you don't like it so
83s um I the winter Rune Forge mounts there
86s uh there's going to be a few more coming
88s that go into your questions so don't
89s feel bad if we don't get to it here that
91s we still might get to it in one of those
93s um otherwise I think uh we're ready for

117s this is an example of that um you know
121s all I can do is tell you that when we
123s make a mistake we do what we call the
125s correction of Errors we understand what
126s the mistake was and then we try to not
130s make that same mistake again
132s um we are slowing down as as we've
135s talked about and I you know I can
137s promise you that we're putting every
138s effort we can into make season five a
141s smooth super fun awesome eventless uh
144s negative eventless release yes exactly
148s all right so um every time a player
151s leaves or enters an instance they are
153s spammed with title achievements this has
156s been an issue for the longest time any
158s plans on fixing this bug yeah um so the
162s first thing to note here is it's not
164s anytime someone leaves it's anytime
165s certain people leave uh and lucky me I'm
168s one of those so I am INF you two yeah I
171s am infuriated by this bug but Katie
173s doesn't have it I'm still infuriated by
176s it but it doesn't affect me uh the
178s problem with that is it makes it really
179s hard to to fix because we're not sure if
182s it's like your persistent state of you
185s or something with your thing in the
186s world or something that you're doing
187s different or with your computer or your
189s steam connection so I can't promise it's
191s going to be six fixed for season five I
194s can promise we're going to try and I can
196s promise that I complain it about it to
197s the team every single day because it's
200s frustrating as so and if it does impact
202s you one of the things that you can do is
204s when it happens go into the in-game
207s feedback tool so open the game menu go
209s down to submit feedback and then just
211s say that you've hit the in-game spam
214s issue because we'll pull a bunch of data
216s and a bunch of information from your
217s report and that really helps us dig in
220s so when it happens to you you don't have
221s to do it a bunch of times you just need
223s to do it once when you hit it so just
225s hit that ingame feedback tool and and to
227s add a little bit more to that like for
229s the longest time we weren't able to
230s reproduce that issue uh internally uh
233s with like our QA team and that's changed
236s recently we found kind of like what we
238s thought was a Smoking Gun with like a
240s race condition between our different
241s Services connecting and all that um and
244s so so there have been uh fixes made to
247s to that aspect of it um it looks like
249s there's still some parts that that still
251s need a little bit more uh love uh so
254s it's ongoing but like we're we're making
257s good Headway now yep I'm just going to
259s ask why limit the number of active
261s artifact quests per character at all
263s could it be removed or just increased to
265s an outrageous number that doesn't get in
267s the way of progression if the system
269s requires a limit yeah so that's a great
272s question uh the reason we do that is
275s because there's only so much capacity to
277s store data about an individual character
280s um and all the different parts of of a
283s character all the items they have and
284s all their storages and uh you know Quest
287s progression and character progression
289s all that kind of stuff is kind of stored
291s together for us and if that goes over
294s our limit then you're going to have
295s issues with with players not being able
297s to load into the game or play and so we
299s have to be very careful careful to make
300s sure we're not uh doing anything that's
302s going to push us over that limit and so
305s to to help us there we've been doing a
306s lot of uh optimization work on reducing
309s the size of that data we're storing so
312s we've done it for items we've done it
313s for for some other things we're
316s currently in progress of doing that for
317s objective data
318s specifically um and that will let us
322s increase that limit uh in the future we
324s actually did increase it from 5 to 10 uh
327s recently and for season five and so um
330s it'll it'll be a little nicer in the
333s near term and then uh we'll be able to
335s increase it further in the future when
337s will you guys start to look into dead
339s servers merge quicker than letting
341s people suffer or buy transfer tokens
344s well I can assure you that we don't want
347s you to suffer and it's not our goal to
349s get you to buy transfer tokens that
351s should be just something that you want
353s to do of your own accord um we are
356s currently looking at merges um there's
359s some um there's some there's some delays
362s just because uh we have the team that
365s generally does that we have them working
366s on something else that is super exciting
369s um but it takes a little bit to get
371s those resources back over to help us
373s with those merges but I can guarantee
374s you that those are in the works and so
377s you should be seeing information soon if
379s not already um about server merges do
382s you look at data on the type of
384s activities accounts spend most of their
386s Play Time on I'd be interested to see
388s here what percentage of players only do
390s opr Arena open world flag PVP versus
393s those who just run endless Expeditions
396s and chest runs yeah so I mean you've all
399s seen the the dashboards and things like
400s that we definitely track uh player
403s activity what they're spending their
404s time on we kind of identify what kinds
406s of players we have you know heavy PVP
409s heavy PVE um we found that most PVP
413s players also do a lot of PVE right um
417s and so there aren't a ton that are
419s solely those activities that were listed
421s there only open world PVP only opr um
425s and so generally like the the PVP
428s intensive players are maybe like a third
431s roughly of uh of our player base um as
436s of I think right now but at but they
438s also around launch and like when the
439s populations are bigger that that ratio
441s is a little different smaller um but
443s also the ones who play PVP primarily
447s still do a lot of PVE right we so
450s I think what's important about I think
451s it was a great question too and what's
452s important is when there's a lot of
454s questions that come up like we know
456s everybody wants this thing I want when
458s actually there are segments of people
460s there's no there's there's actually I
462s mean everybody wants no crashes that's
464s kind of stuff I agree with but there are
465s not a lot of game features or game play
467s or content that everyone wants there's
469s what a lot we so we try to hit the
471s broadest Spectrum with the big
473s paintbrush and over time we also try to
475s hit specific needs at other groups as
477s well will musket traps affect mounts can
480s mounts get trapped and it must get
482s trapped and if not why not I'm not sure
485s if they will for season five uh I don't
487s know the positive answer I think long
489s term they will um but the intention is
492s when you're on a mount and you're shot
494s in PvP or should a shot hit you'll
497s Dismount um and I don't know that we got
500s there with the traps or not um we'll
502s look into that yeah cuz those don't do
504s damage it's just a movement impairing
507s effect it is the plan but I don't think
509s going to make season five but I I think
512s the important thing here is
514s like it's funny because I've seen some
516s people oh my God it's so obvious mounts
517s are going to make opr the best and I've
519s seen other people mounts are going to
520s ruin opr I think the first thing we just
522s need to do is like let's just see what
524s happens internally we have a lot of fun
525s when we're playing with mount in opr
528s let's let's see what it does to the to
529s the player to the game and if it has a
532s positive reaction we'll do more work
533s toward it and if it has a negative
534s reaction we'll make some changes yeah
536s it's supposed to be fun yeah it's a game
537s yeah let's have fun you said the loot
541s for the worm raid was something you'd
542s like to look at in the future but it
544s isn't currently on the to-do list I have
547s to ask how why has this occurred this is
550s your most challenging PVE content in the
553s game how is an expansion created and
555s launched but the rewards to what is
557s essentially the top tier PVE content
560s wasn't updated yeah so um it is on our
564s to-do list to update the um the wor the
568s sandworm trial
570s um rewards so that is something that we
572s are working on so that's happening uh I
575s can't give you an ETA on it but it is
577s something literally that we are actively
578s working on what is the team's plan to
580s fix missing lore notes was documented in
583s the old forums as well as multiple bug
585s reports while it is understandable that
587s without a fixed msq lore will change
590s however it is unacceptable that
592s unobtainable or straight up missing lore
594s Pages have yet to be fixed uh I can take
596s that one um so yeah the intention is not
600s to have any unobtainable or missing uh
603s lore Pages um like the journal should be
606s completable by players uh I know that
608s for season 5 we have a lot of fixes
610s along those lines and if there are other
612s missing ones please you know use our bug
614s reporting uh tools to to report them um
618s and you know we'll prioritize them and
619s fix them but yeah like we're not leaving
622s that broken intentionally yeah we agree
624s it's unacceptable any time frame on when
626s the devs will play their first opr MCH
629s yeah I think it'll be somewhere around
632s 2021 I mean we've been playing it for
635s years so I I I I think the question is
638s saying that it's not fun or something
641s like that but I it is one of our most
642s played modes uh and we see the most
644s replayability in it um I played I think
647s two last night I think this is more a
649s question about the meta and like the
651s shift in meta like um recently it was
654s door PR previous to that b PR which is
657s still a little bit of B PR going on um
659s um so and then previous to that it was
662s just muskets muskets muskets like and
664s there's still again like some of that
666s coming back as well so well we're doing
667s adjustments with every release and I
669s think the door one is being adjusted in
670s season five if I'm not mistaken so yeah
674s uh I can assure you that the the decks
677s play the game all the time we're playing
680s opr almost every day oh goodness
684s gracious since we got crossworld opr and
687s Expeditions is there a chance we get
689s crossworld arena in the near future near
693s H uh yes there is a chance I cannot
697s guarantee near but that is definitely
700s something that's uh banging around on
702s our skulls just be clear near is not
705s season five no so like don't one please
707s don't misinterpret that no but yes uh
711s that is something that we are absolutely
