Greetings Adventurers,
Our team has started the process of restoring gear to players who were affected by a bug that resulted in some players losing equipped items. There will be no downtime required however, impacted characters will be temporarily locked out of their account while this work is completed.

Once completed:

  • Impacted players will be able to log back in.
  • Bags you had equipped will be in your inventory.
  • Restored gear will be located in town storage. Depending on how full your storage is, you may find your restored gear is in different town storage locations.

We will post an update here once our team has confirmed that all impacted players have had their gear restored. Thank you for your patience.

Work to restore missing gear has concluded and all impacted players should be able to log back into their accounts within the next 30 minutes.

Please remember that your restored gear may be located in more than one storage location, depending on how full your storage already was. You might need to look in multiple storage locations for all of your restored gear.

As a follow-up:

I’m over encumbered and can’t navigate to a Storage Shed.

Please equip the bags found in your inventory. If your bags are not in your inventory (on player inventory; not equipped), relog and wait 2-3 minutes. If the issue persists, please contact Customer Support through their website. Please do not drop your items in-case of accidental deletion.

My gear is still missing.

Please make sure to check the following storages (Everfall, Windsward, Monarch’s Bluff, Brightwood, Cutlass Keys, Weavers Fen, both Great Cleave Outposts, Restless Shores, and Mourningdale). You can use the map to select each territory/outpost and view the storage contents. If you are currently at a storage shed, you can use the drop-down menu to cycle through the storages.

If you are still unable to locate your gear through those above listed storage containers, please logout, wait 2-3 minutes, and log back in.

If none of the steps above worked and your gear is still unable to be found, please contact Customer Support through their website so we can reunite you with your items!
