We certainly hear the want and totally understand how annoying bugs, both big and small, can be.

Unfortunately not all bugs are created equal and some require server downtime to address. While chasing and fixing bugs is certainly one of our top priorities, we can’t constantly be restarting servers to deploy patches. As such, we try to only have one to two downtimes a week rather than updates with new fixes every day.

I know it is hard to wait, but we are certainly hustling to make the game a better experience. Hang tight and stay tuned!

I think this is disingenuous but also understandable. It is hard to see what changes get made where and when based on something that the community has written on.

A great example would be the change from 3am Pacific Time updates to 10pm Pacific Time updates. The length of downtime mixed with choice of timing was causing EU players to miss out on almost all of their peak gaming hours. So we pulled the update window back to an earlier time to address that feedback.

The game has changed dramatically not just from when it was first announced, but also between now and our Preview that we held over a year ago. A lot of changes came from tester feedback.

The Community Team is actively working to rework the feedback loop between community and devs. You will see a lot of that work coming through in the very near future.
