@Paulers 1. One workaround you can try if it’s hampering your progress is to go and speak to the Constable in either Everfall/First Light or Monarch’s Bluffs instead, that actually should advance the quest in your starting zone. Long run, however, but that would advance the quest.

We are aware and working with the appropriate team on this. In the future, please use the in-game reporting tool for faster visibility. Unfortunately, the Community Team does not have the ability to address these concerns.
