Hello!
-You can make a settler ONLY do fishing as long as there is a fish jobs placed and every other skill is disabled. You can enable/disable skills from the entity overlay (T) or the settlers overlay (L).
-You have enough coal to purify the water? Someone owns the room also?
-Don't worry about the farm quality. It's not fully implemented yet.
-You cannot explore outside your region yet!
