Hmmm, that's not good. I wonder if they are getting stuck on huge amounts of resources to check out. I would be happy to take a look at your save file to try and fix that up. I'll also do some tests this weekend with big resources amounts. Might be able to reproduce it without the save.

Hmm, ya, I wasn't able to reproduce the fishing starve/thirst bug. But it does sound like something is wrong if multiple people are starving/thirsty.

By any chance, are you able to send me your save file? I'd love to take a look.

Howdy friends. Hope you are having a great weekend so far. Just wanted to let you know I've uploaded a smaller patch to address some things, especially the issues with the max UI scale breaking some screens. For those of you that use the higher scale, the game should look significantly better. I did a lot of work to make sure all the text and visuals are pixel perfect and not looking... "off".

Also, I just noticed that their starting HP is incorrect. It is supposed to be much higher. I'll have this tuned up for the next patch.

Edit: They used to have a higher starting level which would naturally give them a higher health off the bat. After the recent change everyone starts at lvl 1, and I didn't notice their missing HP buff.

I do want the Ancients to be more of a challenge than the other races when it comes to hostile threats. This is to make up for the lack of upkeep they have in comparison to Humans. That said, seems like there are quite a few issues with gameplay mechanics that I need to focus on. i.e., traps not being reliable. And, I do have plans to add some more summons to help defend.

Out of curiosity, were you able to transform an Ancient into an Archenthrall? This transformation is intended to turn them into powerful fighters.

Hmm, I haven't seen this one before. Are you able to reproduce the error or did it completely go away on restart? If so, the next time it happens, could you send me the log files (Player.Log and Player-Prev.Log). This will show any errors happening under the hood.

Also, you can try lowering the resolution while in full screen window mode. This *should* increase the size of everything. Worth trying until I can fix the higher scale up.

Oh really? Just booting up the game? Ok, would love to see what's going on. Definitely want to fix that. Can't say for certain what is happening on your side. The log will give me a better idea I hope.

Is this loading into a new game or an old save?

Would you be able to send me the Player.log and Player-Prev.log files? If there is an error occurring it will show up in these files.

Hey friends!

I've just uploaded Patch 1.0.35.9, packed with fixes, UI improvements, new features, and QoL changes. After receiving tons of feedback post-1.0, I took my time to address as much as possible. Thanks for your patience—it’s been a long wait! There's still plenty more to add, but I hope this update makes a big difference in your experience.

Let's take a look!

UI Improvements
I made extensive UI improvements, separating elements into distinct functions for better organization. This includes new window tabs and entirely separate windows, such as the Market, which now has its own dedicated window (K) for easier use and clarity. I also added more tooltips and missing data.

You can now navigate the UI with arrow keys:

UP/DOWN for vertical lists
LEFT/RIGHT for window tabs

Yep, that makes sense. The modder will need to update their mod for the new version. Lots of things can change in the data, so it's pretty easy for the mods to need updating. That pop-up is just there to let you know which ones didn't load correctly.

It means that the generation of the maps is unlimited, producing new terrain for each seed. The maps are limited in their size.

I'll try to make that clearer in the description.
