Title. Someone got into my account. Im an idiot, I know how it happened. My fault. I'll move on. BUT, Im trying to reset everything and it's not working. I changed my in-game PIN. I'm not receiving the Jagex emails to reset my password or registered email. I cant use the recovery system for the same reason.
The email adress associated with the account is a .edu one and I think the institution is blocking the Jagex support emails, because I'm not getting them. Is the anything I can do to change my email/password or is this account just f*cked to the moon and back?
Triple edit: ok... I just got the support email from Jagex after like 45 minutes. Guess it took a while...
edit 4: alright im getting the password reset emails... but the links are dead and dont work! my god let me off this wild ride
edit 5: I've changed the associated email. Working on password now. Think I might be ok.
