Random events with costume rewards would commonly give 500 coins to a player who already had the full outfit. They now give XP lamps instead of those coins. The lamps are identical to the Genie's lamp, giving 10% of your level in the skill. The Quizmaster's Mystery Box and Prison Pete may give such a lamp instead of coins too.
This is honestly pretty big, ups useful random events from 2 to 6 or 7
Heya, it looks like there was a typo in this one. I believe it's been corrected to 10x instead of 10% (should behave exactly like the Genie one does now).

XP lamps from all of the outfit random events is gonna help out so many niche accounts that I watch on YouTube train skills unavailable to them, and help me be lazy and never train mining LETS GO
