Is there any way to get a Jmod to review a recovery attempt that's time-sensitive? My friend's account was compromised and the hi-jacker has threatened to de-iron and is in the process of removing the bank pin on the account. His appeals are getting denied despite having the correct details below. This account has over 500 hours of playtime on osrs!

This account was compromised over 2 years ago from a Twitch phishing stream, I'm disappointed that Jagex's system is rejecting the original owner's recovery attempts over the last two days but allowed a hi-jacker's constant attempts over the last 2 years to finally get through. My friend has even reported the account recently when he threatened to bot the account if my friend did not provide him the PIN, this should be in your logs, Jagex!!!
