[2019] Not Eligible for the Summer Special

I went to purchase the summer special yesterday and received the message "You are not eligible for any items in this category" when trying to choose it.

I assume the deal ended and that's why I can't purchase the summer special package, but the link is still featured on the website and the deal is the top option on the products page. There was no information on the newspost for the summer special about the end date and I looked through the Twitter feed as well and couldn't find anything there either.

Does anyone know if the deal has ended or if there is some other issue I'm having? Can someone link me to a stated end date for the deal?

For additional information: I'm not currently a member, I didn't already purchase the deal, my account isn't banned, I tried on multiple accounts with the same result, and I tried from the RS3 site as well.
