[2022] Kephri stuttering?

I only have this issue in the Kephri boss room, but my game constantly stutters and its borderline unplayable, this happens with and without invocations and on normal and entry mode, wondering if anyone else has this issue or has fixed it, playing on 117 hd( turned off and nothing changed) animation smoothing off and then Stretched fixed mode.
