This is unacceptable and I can only apologise on behalf of the former employees that were responsible for sending these out before I joined the OSRS Team. Sween and myself will be handling this first thing this morning. I've prepared a prize on my desk and will send the player a tracking number once I file it in the parcel delivery system. If anyone else is in the same situation, please message me and I will do my best to assist.

I shipped it out this morning and emailed the player with the tracking number so they can follow it with the delivery company.
