[2019] Falsely muted, need Jmod help pls.

So I took a break of a view months from my main account while I played on my skiller/ironman. I decided I wanted to play on this account again and bought membership for it. For the first day I was able to chat and everything was good, then I logged in the next day to a permanent mute with no evidence provided. The mute was for "advertising websites" and the only website I ever even mention in game is the wiki. I tried to appeal it only to have it denied, still with 0 evidence provided. I know for a fact there couldn't have been anyone else on my account so I'm 99.999% certain this is a mistake on Jagex's part. After that first appeal, it will not let me appeal again. I just want to be able to talk in my cc without having 2 clients running.
