[2019] King of the Skill ended 650 days ago and I haven't received my physical rewards

For people out of the loop KOTS(King of the Skill) was a skilling competition in November 2017. Everyone had 24 hours of in game time to gain as many levels on an ironman as possible.

I went for Prayer and ended at rank 1 on the account FreeBargan.

This isn't the first time I have brought this up. I have had multiple conversations on Reddit, Twitter, and email about this and promised multiple times that the rewards were in the mail. I compiled images of some of these conversations, I have more in reddit dms but not about to scroll through multiple pages to find those.
