[2020] appeal?

Hi guys, could a mod help me out? Today I gotbanned for macroing which I didnt do. I just came back after a long break and have only began playing with membership on for 2 days, I was using OSBuddy which i didnt know wasbannable, but i still didnt macro?

Though the offence date was today which is weird since I havent logged in, but my password is the same so I doubt i got hacked? Can a mod please help?

Why is ahk bannable if it's 1:1 just like hotkeys. Yet youre allowed to use F keys lol

Because it's an automation program
