The first of our blogs is here and it talks about upgrading our systems. The next blog will tackle account security, recovery, and lost items.
Since the blog we've focused heavily on fixing older content, we've hidden poll results, and we've published a blog detailing our plans for PvP following a PvP player visit.
Great to see you trialing live chat support. Let’s be honest, even gold selling and bot support sites provide this type of service. It’s a little ridiculous this hasn’t been implemented yet.
Also, still no word on authenticator delay???
Isn’t that what the majority of the community has been asking for? Or enabling bank pin upon login? Right now as it stands a bank pin is the single most effective way to protect your valuables if your account is compromised...
Hopefully we see plans for these features in the upcoming blogs.
We know the auth delay is likely at the top of a lot of people's list. As mentioned in the post, we'll address that in the next one.
