[2019] Devs didn't put down defense lvl as a requirement for SOTE quest.

Got at the requirements and looked into if defence was needed before I got them and NOWHERE is there a mention of needed defence. Trust fresh out of college underpaid devs to lock massive amounts of content behind something that will ruin accounts. 5 defence for steel armour btw is the requirement if you're wondering.
