[2019] Account name stolen.

My account "Law" was hacked and someone stole the name. At the same time my main account was hacked. The hacker attempted to remove the bank pin but luckily I caught on before the hacker could steal that name too (Ill pm the name to Jmods of this account just don't want to share after this has happened) . Would you be able to look into how they were able to get access to both of my accounts and I just hope I can get my name back!

The email for that account is only used for Runescape and had not been used to sign up to anything else.

I spoke to the new owner of "law" and he said he bought the name form someone and removed me.

I tried to contact Jagex support on twitter about it and I got the generic response " Hi Law. Please secure your PC & email account using the advice here: (Link to the website)

I also sent them a email at : [email protected]

Also tried to contact them through a privacy ticket on the website and got another basic response and the ticket got closed

I posted about a week ago on Reddit but got no responses...

What else can I do to try get my name back or is it just gone for ever and the guy is not banned???
