[2019] Is this a legit Jagex email?

I just got an email from “[email protected]”

Stating that there was a request to change my account email.

I’ve never submitted a request for this, but now I’m worried that someone else has.

After a quick search on reddit, Mod Sweden has said this email is a legit Jagex email but it could’ve been spoofed.

What do I do?
