Greetings adventurere, i have been playing osrs for a year now, i started from scratch build a mid level acc with 1500+ total level spent more than 500 hours playing it .

Ill cut to the problem im facing , i can not login to my account because it asks for authentication, last month my phone froze screen stopped working an lost the ability to get the 6 digit number, the second problem is the the EMAIL i use for the osrs acc for some reason when i try to enter it a massage in red reads "your account doesn't exist try a different..." So i cant loggin my email, cant change the authincator device ,and when i try to file a request to osrs ,they tell me to check my email . The one the doesn't exist on hotmail, i searched the web for a solution did not find plus i cant contact jegex property. If any one have an idea of what to do please help Thank you.

Since you don't have access to your registered email you should go through the steps needed to change your registered email.

That support page tells you what you should do if you do have access to your registered email, and what you should do if you don't have access to your registered email (this is the one for you).
