Have Jagex confirmed if they think all points have now been transferred over? It’s been a fair few weeks since Jagex confirmed there was an issue and I’m still stuck with only a Rune cup despite the high scores showing my rank and points being enough to qualify for the dragon cup.
I know support is a meme at this point but where’s the best place for me to appeal? The few options I’ve tried through jagex support won’t let me submit a ticket.
External link →I appreciate the information but I got dragon before leagues ended and took a break from Scape and have also been away. So just because I didn’t constantly read all updates I’m punished?
Surely that’s not right
It's not, we're still working on this and it's taking longer than expected, we need to ingest quite a large volume of data to really verify we're giving everyone the right amount of points. It's not been forgotten about but sorry for the delay. It will get sorted eventually :)
