[2019] Jmod help please, my 2k+ tots level account with over 1b bank sent to tutorial island?

I haven’t played in a few months, but I purchased a year long membership back in April, I have the confirmation number for the transaction still. I just tried to log in while bored at work on my phone enter everything and enter the authentication code like normal, but when I log in I’m greeted at tutorial island with a prompt to enter a new username???

Please help!!

Update: I reset my password and everything is good now, it was weird that it was putting me on tutorial island. But mini heart attack has been avoided. Thanks for the help everyone!
