[2019] Account hacked & Name stolen

UPDATE: Mod Weath has messaged me saying he has taken the time to review this issue and confirms that the name was taken from my account. He goes on to say that they won’t be able to return it. I find this hard to accept since the person who obtained it was messaging me trying to arrange for me to get it back.

Hello. This morning I attempted to log on my account and it notified me that it hasn't logged out from it's previous session or that servers are busy. I quickly realized someone was on my account and had changed my name from 'Cigar' to 'I dont card' and then to 'Saddsadas9ad' and logged in to Lumbridge. The bank (had pin) and HCIM status was not touched but I lost the name I've owned for 5 years+. I've tried the @JagexSupport twitter and they will not even look into it. I obviously have all the info needed and would like to get in contact with a Jmod. Posting this to get my name back and any support is appreciated. Thanks
