[2020] Is it just me, or is JaGeX trying to kill OSRS?

Okay, so first of all, why I wrote the title like that: 10qp AND 100 total AND 20 hours of playtime restriction.

1. Alright JaGeX, cool, 10 quest points, make noobs quest and get familiar with whatever lore this game has or whatever, cool, literally not that hard to do and even easier as player who knows this game (took me probably not even half an hour from creating new account)
2. 100 total is really not that hard to get so this one is alright, but to be effective, it should be raised... and then it would be effective against REAL PLAYERS because guess who is the one who gets a sh*tton of levels? Not real BRAND NEW players.
3. 20 hours of playtime... Okay so imagine average kid logs into this game, they obviously can't sit 12 hours a day in front of pc to lift restriction in an evening, imagine average adult logs into this game, who the f*ck has 12 hours free in their day to actually f*cking do this in an evening? Well let me f*cking tell you, BOTS CAN DO IT BY AFK'ING FOR 20 HOURS

I've noticed this trainwreck only because lockdown blah blah bored, came back to check out osrs...

I've looked deeper into it, and this isn't first time they did it in favor of bots rather than real players.

Wine of Zamorak... Guess who can efficiently farm up 500 total and then bot wines at x2 rate? Let me tell you something, it's not new players.

The only relevant place right now is in wilderness, which sucks because bots can log off before you attack them, players usually don't expect anyone to be here and even if you hold your mouse on logout button, you have to see the player before clicking, unlike a bot.

The worst of it all, I completely can't trade absolutely anything right now for 20 hours, what the f*ck do I do? I literally just made this new account to do a few team cape runs (yeah gg now they're gonna crash even harder and/or be botted /s) from the base 10k gold you get from the stronghold of security and just bought a bunch of kebabs and ale, that I can't f*cking give to anyone.

These few hours of my life being lost, while I just afk in a corner for, 16 hours to go, are more painful than looking back at 8+ years of life wasted on runescape in the first place which I don't actually regret because it was fun.

What the f*ck happened? If there's no new players coming in, because they can do f*ck all, there will be only bots in this game, and if this game will be devoid of real players, we can just shut down this game already, that's the logic here?
