Hello all,
My account "CollegeKids" was permanently muted around one month ago. I don't recall saying anything extremely out of line which would warrant a permanent mute. When I try and check the evidence to see what exactly I did I am directed to an inbox message with no logs, or explanation as to what I did. Just a single sentence saying I can check my inbox for information. However, when I check that message, it tells me that I was permanently muted after being muted a few weeks prior and not changing my behavior. However, in that mute I was also never given evidence or an explanation of what I did that warranted the mute. Essentially, I was muted and never told why. And then a couple weeks later I was permanently muted and still never told why. I honestly wouldn't even mind the permanent mute so much if I actually knew WHAT I SAID. Although, if I had been told what I was doing wring originally, I could have avoided that behavior and avoided the move to permanent mute altogether.
At the end of the day, I'm hoping I can get chance to know what I did that warranted these mutes. If I could be told what I did wrong, and then be unmuted and given a chance to change my behavior I can guarantee that whatever it was that I did wrong wouldn't happen again. I just need to know what it was that I did, because right now I honestly don't know. What's the purpose of a warning mute if you don't say what was needing to be changed.
Thank you for your time.
