I'm not sure if I missed it but the survey asks for your opinion on a "Disease ring" event despite that event not being described in the blog or the survey. I just put "Neutral" but thought it would be worth bringing up.

Let’s go back to the table above for an example. Say you want to brew up a Yew tea for a nice combat boost
Yew tea in the table does not provide a combat boost, maybe meant mahogany?
I've added Oak in there instead which actually does give a Combat buff :)
